Shipping Policy

At Monk’s Ritual, we take pride in ensuring your order is shipped quickly, securely, and with full tracking from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Domestic): $2.99 USD, estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
Free Shipping is available only for active subscription orders within the United States.
All one-time purchases are subject to standard shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at timon@phasedigital.agency
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival. These are not covered by Monk’s Ritual and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check the tracking link for the latest updates.

Confirm that your shipping address is correct.

If it’s been more than 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international) since shipping, contact timon@phasedigital.agency with your order number.
We’ll work with our carrier partners to locate or replace your package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
Monk’s Ritual is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact timon@phasedigital.agency within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items received, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
